Mr. Landis has been a successful entrepreneur, private investor and held senior management positions in the luxury goods arena for over twenty years. He is an investor and currently serves as a board member of Vivre, Inc. the catalogue and ecommerce site founded in 1996 to become a premier lifestyle brand by pioneering a differentiated approach to merchandising, bringing together the best in luxury brands and the most affluent consumers.

Mr. Landis was previously President of the Luxury Brands Division of Accessory Network Group LLC, (“ANG”) a manufacturer and distributor of luxury leather goods of under the Ghurka and Calvin Klein brand names. During his tenure at ANG, Mr. Landis oversaw ANG’S acquisitions of LeSportsac, Inc., in alliance with Itochu Corporation, a Japanese conglomerate.

In 1991, Mr. Landis, his wife and Bobbi Brown, co-founded Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Inc. Marketed under the brand Bobbi Brown Essentials, their revolutionary set of ten lipsticks, which allowed a woman to create an infinite number of wearable shades, by mixing and blending them, debuted at Bergdorf Goodman. The success of that makeup line led The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. to negotiate and acquire the company in 1995. Today, the Bobbi Brown cosmetics line has become a global powerhouse which is sold in more than 30 countries.

Prior to founding Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Mr. Landis served as CEO of Benetton Cosmetics Corp., a subsidiary of Benetton Group SpA with operations in 55 countries. He also served as Corporate Treasurer of IMS Health, Inc., a public provider of information solutions to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with operations in 100 countries. Mr. Landis began his career as a member of the audit and tax departments of Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Landis received his BS degree in Accounting from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and his MBA degree in Finance from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
